Nigerian Army claims a second Chibok girl has been rescued. This is according a news monitored through the BBC. The army spokesman Col Usman Sani Kukasheka said more details about the operation would be provided later.
Recall that two days ago, the first Chibok girl by name Amina Ali Nkeki was rescued with her baby. She met with President Buhari earlier on Thursday.
Over 200 girls were kidnapped by Boko Haram in 2014 from their secondary school. This story confirms that the Nigerian army is having upper hand in the fight against Islamic terrorists at the North Eastern part of the country.
