How Genuine Are Some Men of God.
“Men of God, men of rape” how genuine are some of these men of God? Rape cases committed by them have been on the increase. That aside, divorce cases have also taken a rise amongst men of God. Pastors Christ Oyahkilome and Christ Okotie readily come to mind. At the last count, Pastor Christ Okotie has divorced two women. Odumegwu Onwumere, a poet, writer and investigative journalist, compiled a list of media reported cases of rape amongst some men of God. See his write up below. "On Thursday, 21 February 2013, members of Odua Peoples Congress, OPC, in Abeokuta, arrested a pastor of Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, for supposedly raping a 12-year old housemaid.
According to Vanguard, the pastor, who was an interpreter with the church, committed the crime in his home at 6, Shamusideen, Oke-Sokori area of the town, while his wife was said to have been away. After the show of shame, the girl reported the incident to her parents, hence his arrest.
P.M.NEWS had a headline, “Pastor Rapes Pastor’s Wife Inside Church”. There are others like, “MONSTER: Pastor Poured Anointing Oil On Girl’s Private Part And Raped 16-Yr-Old To “Cleanse Her From Evil Spirits”.

“Raping of under aged, and Sodomy with under aged children. The story of "Men of God" in Nigeria, Bishop Chibuike Nwabueze, Chairman of the Communion of Bishops in Rivers State, confesses to raping 15 year old girl,” (Vanguard).

Threats to Nigerian Judges and Lawyers
Despite series of kidnapping,and other sort of threats to Nigerian lawyers and judges, Chief Mike Ozekhome SAN, himself a former kidnap victim, does not believe lawyers/judges are profiled for kidnapping. He spoke during his radio interview to C.V.Akuta Radio Show, Leicester-UK. He spoke on other issues affecting the legal profession in Nigeria. Pastor Charles Omole, has written thirty one (31) books at the last count. C.V.Akuta Radio Show, Leicester UK, spoke to him on 17/10/14, about his latest book, which is Breakthrough Strategies for Christians in the Marketplaces. He shared his views on other issues, such as (1) No one can possess the market place without spiritual powers either demonic or Godly. Paths to Igbo Unity for Igbo Groups/Associations Worldwide (Vote Yes or No).
Igbo Unity is not rocket science, but it would be difficult to achieve. Yours truly is proposing, Igbo common agenda, through which, Igbo Unity can be approached. Remember, without unity of purpose, there would be little or no achievement as a group/tribe.
To achieve Igbo common agenda, let every Igbo group(s), nominate one or two person(s), may be their executives or non executive members etc. Those nominated should form a group or a committee or college of delegates or Igbo institute of agenda formulations or they could choose a name that suits them. Since Igbos are scattered all over Nigeria and the world, the author will use Lagos State as an example to illustrate how this idea can work. Let all the Igbo community unions/groups in Lagos, elect one or two persons from their group, Those elected, should then form a college of delegates to fashion the Igbo agenda, for Igbos in Lagos. Same steps, for Igbos in other states of the country. When this is achieved, each state can then nominate one person, from their college of delegate, they would then form the national Igbos delegates in Nigeria. Those in Diaspora can follow the pattern above. Their mission is only to fashion out the Igbo agenda.
Agreements on any agenda to be on simple majority. If there is no agreement on a particular subject(s), then each delegate(s) should conduct a yes or no votes/opinion poll, on their group members. Sum total of all votes/opinion polls, to be counted with simple majority winning. If an agenda is accepted/formulated, then various groups can begin to pursue it. Strategies for implementation should be included on the agenda(s). In addition groups, can begin to co-operate on common charity projects that would benefit people. All Igbo unions/groups should retain their identities, and function as usual. A memorandum of understanding to be produced and signed by all willing Igbo unions/groups.
Please vote Yes or No if you want your Igbo community group(s) to participate in this Igbo Unity processes. A similar template has been prepared for online Igbo organisations/groups worldwide. If nations with different cultures, identities, ideologies, etc can come together to form European Union, then there is no reason, why we cannot achieve a unity of purpose/common agenda for a mono tribe like us. At the macro level, referendum can be used to determine the larger Igbo agenda.

CAN President (Ayo Oritsejafor); An Accessory To Crime(s).
Oritsejafor’s jet was seized in South Africa for ferrying $10 million dollars cash, in what South African authorities confirmed might be part of an arms deal. Why on earth would a pastor’s jet be used for such deal. First, carrying large amount of cash is illegal and money laundering. The worst being that this money was part of an arms deal. This is gun running and also a crime. The fact, that Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor’s jet was used in this deal, makes him an accessory to the crimes of gun running and money laundering. So sure, he cannot claim ignorance of the above deal, because ignorance is not an excuse in law. The claim by Nigerian authorities as the owners of this money, make it look highly childish and suspicious.
If we examine the comments below by Ayobami Oyalowo, then it becomes clearer the complicities on the part of Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor.
“But, here are a few questions keen watchers have been asking. FAAN just over a year ago readjusted the laws guiding the usage of non-scheduled commercial operators. The law according to the Nigerian aviation authorities seeks to regulate and stop the abuse by private jets owners, who turn their planes over for commercial purposes illegally.
Therefore one should ask, why was Pastor Ayo private jet leased out for a supposedly commercial purpose since August 2nd 2014 according to him?
Recall also that private jet owners were not only barred from leasing their planes out for commercial purposes, they were also barred from carrying people other than their family members.
The above reasons alone are enough to indict Pastor Ayo and his co-travelers”.

Implications: This can further generate tensions and increase suspicion, between Muslims and Christians in Nigeria. More so, since Boko Haram attack has been on the increase, except Christians are preparing for self defence. Then a religious war is not far away.
Conclusions: Open and transparent investigations are needed. South African authorities should consider legal actions.
